What's Included In Your 4-Point Inspection?
A 4-Point Inspection is specifically tailored to meet insurance requirements and focuses on assessing the condition of key systems.
Electrical Systems
The electrical system on a 4 Point inspection includes the exterior electrical panel (Service Entry) pictures of the exterior of the panel, the beakers with the panel cover off and the inside of the panel cover displaying the manufacturer and total amps of the unit.
Plumbing And Drainage
The plumbing system consists of a pictures of the following:
Water heater and water heater serial plate
P Trap plumbing under each sink and water line behind each toilet
Washing machine water lines
HVAC
The 4 Point HVAC inspection includes photos of the outside AC Compressor and the interior AC Air Handler units along with the serial number plates on each unit.
Roofing
For the roof, the 4 Point requires and inspection and photos of the all elevations of the roof from each corner to the left and right.
