In addition to his professional achievements, Reed is also a proud US Navy Veteran, having undergone his military training in Pensacola. His commitment to excellence extends beyond inspection work, as he is also a Certified Real Estate CE trainer. With his vast knowledge and experience, Reed is not only an accomplished inspector but also an award winning speaker and instructor. He offers a unique course designed to help real estate agents boost their sales through his unique sales training course.

Courtney Howell is the administrative assistant for Inspecting America. With a strong background in real estate and a solid understanding of home inspections, Courtney excels at managing day-to-day operations, scheduling inspections, and supporting both clients and inspectors. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure smooth workflows and a seamless experience for all parties involved. Outside of work, she enjoys staying informed about real estate trends and spending time with her family.

Meet Sean, a dedicated home inspector, with over 11 years in Pensacola, originally hailing from Gulfport, Mississippi. With a background working with contractors for six years, Sean discovered his passion for home inspections, where he enjoys the unique challenges each property presents. He loves the thrill of uncovering the hidden details that make every home special.

When he’s not inspecting homes, you can find Sean on the soccer field or strumming his guitar, blending his love for music and sports. Sean’s commitment to quality and his enthusiasm for discovering what lies behind the walls makes him a trusted partner for homebuyers in the area.

Jerry "Doc" Nichols

Jerry's journey into the home inspection field began with his desire to help others, akin to the "house doc" who ensures homes are safe and sound for families before purchasing. His previous experience as an insurance adjuster gives him a thorough understanding of the potential issues insurance companies may have with claims.  This background allows him to identify problem areas and provide valuable insights for buyers and homeowners.  As a US Army Veteran serving as an Army medic during his service, he brings the same level of attention to detail as he did during his military service.  We refer to Jerry as "Dr. J".

Sylvan is an avid rock climber and outdoor enthusiast who was raised in the small town of Lillian, Alabama, and now calls Gulf Shores his home. With a deep appreciation for the natural world, he finds solace in scaling cliffs and exploring new heights, both physically and mentally. His passion for exploration extends beyond the rock walls into his career, where he works as a home inspector. Growing up with parents in real estate, Sylvan developed an early interest in homes, and the intricacies of inspecting them fascinated him. He enjoys the process of identifying a home's hidden issues, viewing it as a puzzle waiting to be solved. The best part of his job is the opportunity to step outside and visit a variety of homes, enjoying new perspectives and the chance to be outdoors while learning more about the structures that make up his community.  

Matt Glenn

Matt is a passionate disc golfer and water enthusiast from Niceville, Florida. Whether it’s swimming, boating, or fishing, he’s always drawn to the water, enjoying the peace and adventure it brings. His love for the outdoors is matched by his fascination with homes and real estate, a field he was introduced to through his sister-in-law, who works in the industry. This sparked his interest in home inspections, where he gets to combine his curiosity with his appreciation for diverse architectural styles.

One of Matt's favorite pastimes is browsing homes online, seeking inspiration for his own dream house. He enjoys the thrill of exploring different properties, finding creative ideas, and imagining what it would be like to live in them. Matt is also a United States Veteran and a Fire fighter.
